Mentorship Model
There is no formal qualification to volunteer your time as a mentor.
We are looking for people who are/have been in business or who have a business skill, and who believe that they have something to give in terms of knowledge/skill, experience and support.
There are a number of options regarding involvement depending on your time and preferences.
You choose what best suits you.
Mentor Responsibilities:
Ability to listen and ask questions | Motivate and engage the mentee| Create open communication| Maintain focus| Monitor and assist in goal achievement| Be approachable|
Be available for the agreed meeting times and intervals| Guide and support.

Each of our mentors undergoes vetting and adheres to a code of conduct, ensuring that our businesses are guided by mentors of the highest integrity.
